IronDad challenge is an all-Ireland triathlon challenge aimed at promoting the awareness of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for teenagers and family’s in Ireland.

    

 

Declan Loy aka "IronDad" will swim, cycle and run Ireland over 32days, completing a 1km swim, 100km cycling, 10km run every day for 32 days in a row in 32 counties of Ireland. His goal is to promote awareness of Super You and fund-raise for Super You which is a not for profits organisation teaching TY student’s empowerment and wellbeing.

You can join the final IronDad challenge on 28th July 2019 at Carlingford Co Louth, where you can take up one of six challenges. There is something to suitable for the entire family to get involved.

Is a not for profit organisation whose aim is to help the development of resilience and wellbeing in young people across IRELAND. We primarily work with TY students in a school setting, bringing innovative tools and techniques so young people are equipped to thrive, personally, emotionally and spiritually.
